        7 On the morning of the 20th, the 2022 “Celebrate July 1st—Cultivate Craftsmen” Summer Basketball Tournament hosted by Yuzhou Hotel came to a successful conclusion. After seven intense matches, the Housekeeping Team emerged as the tournament champion. Zeng Ping, Secretary of the Hotel’s Party Branch and General Manager; Zhu Yuxiang, Deputy General Manager; Song Guosheng, Yan Xuefeng, and Lan Hui attended the closing ceremony, watched the exhibition match on site, presented awards to the winning teams, and posed for a group photo.

In the championship game held on the afternoon of July 19, the Housekeeping Team and Team One from the Catering Department demonstrated remarkable agility in intercepting the ball, skillful passing, smooth layups, and precise shooting, showcasing the charm of basketball and drawing enthusiastic cheers and applause from the spectators lining the sidelines, wave after wave of support. In the end, thanks to their fluid offensive organization and consistently solid defense, the Housekeeping Team emerged as the champions, while Team One from the Catering Department narrowly missed out on the title and settled for second place. The Sales Team took home third place.

In addition to the thrilling and continuously exciting climax of the event, this competition also shone brightly in its organizational support. The event’s organizing committee made meticulous preparations, drew up rigorous plans, and demonstrated outstanding organizational skills. While ensuring the smooth running of the games, the referees also took the opportunity to educate basketball enthusiasts about the rules of the game and promote basketball culture. The commentator’s witty, humorous, and eloquent on-site commentary added a delightful touch to the competition. According to statistics, this event’s coverage garnered over 400,000 views on China News Service and more than 45,000 views on Hualong Net, effectively promoting the hotel. In addition, the organizing committee made meticulous arrangements in areas such as dining in the cafeteria and medical support, providing participating players with thoughtful and heartwarming logistical services.
